Judy Jenner Named Alumna of the Year

On September 20, 2010, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas’ (UNLV) Alumni Association, announced that Judy Jenner is the 2010 Honors College Alumna of the Year. The award, the highest and most prestigious alumni award given by any college or school, recognizes an individual’s impact through the significant contributions they’ve made to society in their professional field or through their personal achievements.

Judy is due to receive her award on November 10, 2010, during a special celebratory program that forms part of the Homecoming festivities. She will join the college honorees from UNLV’s numerous colleges, including the College of Business alumnus of the year, Richard A. Darnold, the College of Fine Arts alumnus of the year, Dr. Timothy Jones, the Greenspun College of Urban Affairs alumna of the year, Lisa Story, and the College of Liberal Arts alumna of the year Kara J. Kelley.

Judy is a 1998 graduate of the Honors College (Business Management, summa cum laude). She was one of UNLV’s top graduates in 1998, received both university and department honors, wrote a  trilingual honors thesis, and was a finalist for the Regent’s Award. In 2001, Judy received her MBA in marketing from her alma mater.
